Seriously, Zappos is probably the best company I’ve ever come across. I’ve bought a few things from them over the last few years and they have the best customer service! I remember I had bought a Marc Jacobs coat and it was stolen off my front porch and they totally refunded my money. Not to mention they have free shipping and free return shipping.
Well I bought a new pair of sneakers (because Burks in Harvard didn’t have my size) 
and they just up graded my shipping to next day air for free! So I should be getting them today.
I’ve been getting cute little sneaks from urban, but they’re so cheap that I wear right through them in two months.
